Extension

Well, I had a few that missed reading my RAK post so I'm extending the deadline 'til tonight at midnight.
You've all got some great ideas!

I'll post the winner tomorrow so make sure to check back ok?

Onto other things. Life is going to be busy this week.
- finish assignments for Canadian Scrapbooker
- finish assignment for Urban Scrapbook Inc.
- work on & try to complete mini album for May 5th class (Ladies Retreat)
- clean house 'cause my mom is coming on Thursday
- TA'ing for Melissa Chapman at Urban Scrapbook Convention this coming weekend

I'm very exctied about this coming weekend. We just had a meeting yesterday for the Urban Scrapbook convention that will take place April 27th - 29th. Stacy Julian is the keynote speaker. Other teachers are Kristie Damon (Cactus Pink), Shauna & Linda Holley (Imaginisce), Melissa Chapman (Gelatins) and Talia Audenart (Chatterbox).
I'm thrilled to be TA'ing for Melissa and looking forward to meeting her.
It will be great to meet Stacy too. In fact, my friend Roxanne & I are meeting her on Friday late afternoon because we will be helping her with a big project that she is doing for her address on the Friday night.
It's going to be a great weekend! So excited!

Well, off to do some more laundry .... the never ending job!

I'll leave you with this picture my daughter took.
She happened to get a hold of our little digital camera and got snap happy ... taking pictures of her dolls, stuffed animals, the TV, her brothers, even CRICUT cartridges!!
Some of her pictures weren't too bad but the majority were blurry. We'll work on that! ;)

Ooops... I posted on the CX site... :)

    well... here are my thoughts...

HI - not just trying to smooze for a RAK... but... hee hee...

seriously, I have put all (well... most) of my acrylics into standard size (NOT the slim ones) and have adhered the clear sheet with the black ink images onto the case as well. For some of the larger Autumn Leaves ones I have used multiple cases - I just cut the clear sheet to fit the case. I have the CD cases stored in a wooden CD holder cube (i think I got it at ikea...) - LOVE having them all on my desk and at my fingertips - definitely MUCH easier to use!

I have also unmounted most of my wood-mounted rubber stamps to use cling vinyl to decrease the space they take up - so now I have these empty plastic cases. I use the cases to store my chipboard pieces!!

HTH!! Makes me think I need to go work on my room some more!! yuko
