Anyways, to celebrate this day I want to do a little give-away (and get some of you lurkers to post too! ;))
I'm going to give-away one of my card kits that I taught last month.
Just post and leave a comment about what you're doing today to celebrate NSD. And if you're not scrapbooking then just tell us what you're up to today.
You have until Sunday, May 3rd midnight MST to post a comment. I'll post the winner on Monday.
I don't want to be first because everyone knows the first commenter never wins!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could say I spent the day scrapbooking but the truth is I spent it moving mulch. Wheelbarrow after wheelbarrow of mulch. If it rains tomorrow then I will get to scrapbook.
Hi Cari! I confess, I'm a blurker, but you drew me out! I loooove your work, those cards are gorgeous, I would love to win a kit, so yes - I will leave a comment! :) Today, I am cruising my favorite scrapbooking websites and blogs and soaking up all the goodness! Soon, I intend to do some creating of my own and then update my own blog! So, Happy NSD to you! Let's do it up big! :)
ReplyDeleteWoot woot!!!
ReplyDeleteActually this year I am not "offically" celebrating NSD, last year I did.
But, today I spent the day with my daughter at a Mother's Day tea that my friend was hosting at her church, it was a wonderful celebration :}
I had good intentions to do some cards today, but life got in the way! Today I'm going to do a gathering for close to my heart and I just love going to them.
ReplyDeleteYour work is so inspirational Cari!
Hi Carrie!
ReplyDeleteWe had a great day yesterday at our crop. It was wonderful to get together and laugh and meet old and new friends, share our love of scrapbooking, food and fellowship.
Hope yours was good too!

ReplyDeleteWell today we took our kids to Dublin Zoo for the morning. It was so nice and it is a holiday weekend here, we thought we'd get out and do something. Tonight or should I say right now, I am finishing off a card for a baby boy and I have to do another two, one for my niece who's 16th birthday is today and one for my middle son Cameron, who turns 6 tomorrow! Busy, busy, busy!!!

ReplyDeleteHad a really fun NSD cropping day with the Ottawa SSZ gals. Lots of fun, good food and much laughter. I actually managed to get 45 wedding invites and reply cards cut and embossed, plus part of a LO, so it was a productive and fun day!
