Happy Canada Day & New sketch challenge!

Happy Canada Day to all my fellow Canadian friends! Hope you have a fabulous day! We're planning on doing a few things to celebrate the day (even though it's wet) and spend time with family as well.

I seriously cannot believe how fast June zipped by!!! Maybe it's because it was so crammed full of school and year activities. Plus we really haven't been having summer -like weather around here! Hopefully things will get better and we can feel like we're having summer.

Well, it's that time of the month again. Imaginisce has their monthly sketch contest happening and I hope you're able to play along. This one is actually a card sketch by Tammy Wark.

I was going to create a card and then changed my mind and went with a layout instead.

Here's my take on the sketch and as you can see I couldn't resist using the newest release! I also used the i-rock tool to add some studs to the balloons.
