I think it's going to be a long day!

Well, I probably got about 2 hours of sleep last night due to my youngest having an ear infection. Poor thing ... he was in so much pain.

We got home from spring vacation this past Sunday night. Had a great time visiting family and finally enjoying some spring weather there. Not so thrilled when we came home to still see the white stuff here!!

We didn't do a whole lot of things while visiting in BC. Ryan was sick for 3 days with some kind of bug, Tim golfed a few times, I stayed with the kids and helped look after my brother's kids for a couple of days while they both worked.

We did get to the beach one night. Chilly but beautiful. And the fish & chips (and ice cream) was delicious!!

I'll have to post some pictures later when I get them off of my camera.

I'll leave you with a couple of layouts that I did for Creative Xpress last month.

This layout was a scraplift of one of the community members - Roree. I love her work. She just comes up with some amazing stuff!

The next assignment one in which all 20 designers used the same 3 products (Doodlebug glitter, Cuttlebug embossing circle folders, K&Co white paper lace). It was so fun to see what each one came up with. This was my take. I used glitter on the chipboard swirls & photo turn (BG).

Well, I'm off to get some coffee and wake the kiddos up.
