Exciting News to share!!

Hope you are all having a great weekend! We are having a major blizzard here. Lots & lots of snow, winds-a-blowin' and it is COLD!!!!!!!!! Did I mention that it's cold??!!! Right now it's -25 Celsius but it feels like -40Celsius and tomorrow is forecasted for -29 but feels like -44!!!! YIKES!! I'm glad that I have no plans and will be just staying inside my warm house!

Well, I have some fun & exciting news to share with you!! I'm pretty excited about it! I've been asked to teach at Scrapbook Your Heart. It's going to be a great weekend for us scrapbookers to just get away, scrap to our heart's content and make lots of new friendships!

I had a pretty successful weekend of scrapbooking and I'm still hoping to get some more done tonight. But, we'll see how that goes 'cause I'm starting to feel a wee bit tired. I was able to submit a bunch of stuff this weekend and boy! That feels good! I haven't done that in a while and there was a few calls out lately that really helped me to get some photos scrapped ... if nothing ever comes of it! ;)

Here's some CreativeXpress layouts that I did last month & posted the other day. You'll have to check out the rest of the DT's layouts as well 'cause they're awesome!

This first one we were challenged to use the Bazzill Bling Leafy Green Cardstock, no black & white photos, use the Cuttlebug for shapes & title and have a spring theme to our layout.

My next assignments was to do a spring/easter themed layout, asymmetrical design, easy to scraplift and use more 2 to 5 photos. We were also asked to use the Cricut to embellish our title.

I've also got a new class coming up at Urban but I'll post that tomorrow ('cause it gives me something to post about! ;)
