Over the next few months I have a goal of eating better and losing some weight. Well, rather getting into shape. I really can't use the excuse that "it's just baby weight" anymore - especially seeing as my baby is 3!!!
So, in my efforts to stay on track and keep note of how I'm doing I made this little book yesterday so that I could record what I'm eating and the exercise that I'm doing.
Here's the front cover. I used some We R Memory Keepers paper & ribbon, some prima rhinesone swirls and some American Crafts rub-on alphabets. I also used my new Bind-It-All machine to put this entire album together. It was super easy and I'm really loving that little 3 pound machine!!
I used some Autumn Leaves rub-ons for the inside cover. I loved the quote and thought it would be perfect for this little project.
I made my own template in Word and just printed it off on white paper a few times (I've got enough pages to last me 'til May - as that is my goal).
Ok, so now I really should get busy on the projects & assignments that I NEED to work on & finish for this month.
Have a great Tuesday!!
