Ouch!!!!

Ok, why is it?? It's just me! No one else in this house is having this problem.

Everytime I go to turn on a light switch I get an electric shock!!! You'd think by now that I would know it's going to happen. But I don't! It freaks me out every time!!!

So, does anyone know why this is happening? And to just me?

Well, I've been finishing up assignments this past week and it feels good to get them done. Now February is here and there's a whole new month of new ones! Such fun! I'm looking forward to it though because they're fun ones.

I'm also anxiously waiting for calls to go out for the BH&G, Memory Makers and Simple Scrapbooks. This past month I worked hard at submitting (trying to get back at that) to these magazines. So we'll see what comes of that.

Plus I was cleaning & purging my stash of papers again. Boy! There's just waaay too much stuff in here. I managed to clean out a 9" pile of patterned papers (and I have double that amount in the basement) and some other stuff. I'm still figuring out what I'm going to do with all of it. I'm definitely going to keep some for Kailyn to use for crafts.
I like that feeling of cleaning up and getting rid of stuff I know I'll never use. Some day I would love to have a storage unit with cupboards (to hide all my stuff). I just think that looks cleaner & tidier for some reason. "Outta sight, outta mind". Know what I mean?
Well, we're still having the cold weather even though it's a bit warmer today. It's supposed to -24C today. (trust me, that's better than -40C!!!). We had a bit more snow overnight too. But, I'm starting to get a bit of cabin fever though. I haven't been out all week! Which is ok, I guess. I've got enough to do in doors.
Well, speaking of stuff to do I'd better scoot! Have a great weekend!

    Hey Cari,

It's this lovely weather that we are having! I find the colder it gets the more powerful the zaps! DRY, DRY, and DRY! Gotta love Canada!

Just came across your blog. I love your work. As for that stack of paper, we have a local scrapbook artist that donates her purges to our school. We are a small christian school with an even smaller budget and her donations have been a huge blessing.
