We're having a fabulous summer!!! Kids are enjoying the sun and the water as we try out different pools, water parks, little beach areas and, of course, the sprinkler. So fun!
I just ran 5K this morning so I'm feeling refreshed. A bit worried though about my long run tomorrow morning. Last week we were only supposed to do 9K and it ended up being 11K. Now that may not sound like a big leap to some of you but it most definitely is for me. Tomorrow we're supposed to do the same so I'm hoping that I will feel good and not like I want to lie down on the sidewalk for a nap!!!

Hi Cari! We had HOT in Calgary today too... Lindsey has a soccer tourney this weekend so we are trying to keep her cool :) Beautiful work as always and best of luck on your run! I've done a 10K so I know of which you are speaking... feels good and bad all at the same time!!
