Little Cutie Release Party at Imaginisce

As I mentioned yesterday, Imaginisce is having a week-long release party for the new collection "Little Cutie".

Today we are sharing the "boy" collection from this release. I loved this collection when I saw it in person. It's so warm & cozy you could just feel as if you're holding a new born. ..... ok, you know what I mean right? ;)
I created a few projects with this collection and I'll share them with you now.

The first one is a simple card.

Supplies used: Imaginisce (patterned papers, diecut shape, stamp, i-rock tool and Glam Rocks), Core'dinations cardstock, Divine Twine (yellow), 3L (foam squares), EK Success border punch, Versafine ink pad (black)

This next project I decided to cover a diaper wipe container. I used the container as my template and traced the shape onto the backside of the patterned paper. Cut the shape out and glue it onto the wipe container. I then covered it with Mod Podge (I only had a matte finish kind but I think the glossy would have looked better. :)) I then took some white rick rack and adhered that around the edge of the container. I finished it off by cutting out the "title" from a piece of the patterned paper & adhering it behind a chipboard piece from the collection. I then adhered some glam rocks (to look like brads).

Supplies used: Imaginisce (Little Cutie: patterned paper, chipboard, i-rock tool and Glam Rocks), white rick rack. Mod Podge, Helmar adhesives

The last project I created was a layout. However, I took a different spin on this collection because I have scrapped many baby photos in my time and ... well, I just wanted to step out of the box a bit on this one so I created a layout about my 6-year old and my nephew.

I did a little bit of embossing on the corners of the Core'dinations cardstock by placing the cardstock in the embossing folder and then using a stylus to push down on the design. I then sanded the embossed design with the Sand It Gadget and cleaned off the dust with the Dust Buddy.
Supplies used: Imaginisce (Little Cutie: papers, die-cuts,chipboard), Core'dinations cardstock, Sanding Gadget & Dust Buddy from Core'dinations, 3L (foam squares), Cuttlebug embossing folder, EK Sucess border punch and Fiskars border punch

Thanks so much for stopping by!! Now make sure you head on over to the Imaginisce blog to check out all the wonderful projects .... plus leave a comment for a chance to win a fabulous prize package from Imaginisce!!!
