Mix & Match

I often will just use papers from one collection along with all the matching embellishments because I like how it all flows together so nicely. It makes scrapbooking so easy.

But this week on the Imaginisce blog the designers were challenged to Mix & Match 3 different collections together. And wow!!! It was so much fun because the Imaginisce collections are just so easy to mix and incorporate different embellishments with different papers, etc. The Design Team gals have done an outstanding job with this challenge too. You must make sure to check out this weeks blog postings.

Here's a look at the layout that I created using papers & embellishments from Hello Cupcake, Makin' Waves and Sole Sisters collections.

Supplies used: Imaginisce (Sole Sisters, Makin' Waves, Hello Cupcake collections, Glam Rocks (pearl), i-rock tool); My Little Shoebox (alpha stickers - small square and large green letters), Paper Trunk (Black alpha stickers); Core'dinations Colorcore Cardstock; May Arts (Ribbon)

I used some of Core'dinations (Basic Grey Whimsy) and made 2 tags and punched a hole in each & then tied some May Arts ribbon through each tag. I adhered some white Glam Rocks using the i-rock tool to add some texture.

Thanks for stopping by and if you have a chance we'd love to see what you can create using 3 different Imaginisce collections. You can share your work on the Imaginisce Facebook page for a chance to be showcased on the blog this coming Friday!!
