I'm back with a couple more projects to share with you.
Both can be found in the Canadian Scrapbooker Summer issue - that's just hitting the stands now!!
This first project is another layout that I created using Simple Stories "Summer Paradise". It's a small collection but just perfect for all your summertime photos!
These photos are from a few years back but the colours worked together wonderfully.
I love how all of the embellishments (stickers, die cuts) all work together and match! Love thaT!
And here's a Father's Day card - now I'll be ready on time this year!!
I used some Core'dinations Cardstock and embossed with a 'metal' design embossing folder.
I then added some Simple Stories ("Hey Pop" collection: patterned paper, cards and stickers). Once again everything works together so nicely PLUS I just love the designs.

Canadian Scrapbooker Summer issue is here!!
Yeah!! It's out and fabulous!! The summer issue of the Canadian Scrapbooker magazine is out!!!
And I'm so excited to finally share my layouts with you. Today I'm only going to share one because this was my favourite! But join me again tomorrow and Wednesday as I share some more of my creations.
The layout below I created using my Silhouette Cameo (for the cut feather and the title) I just love how the feather turned out!!
I used Simple Stories A Charmed Life collection.
Here's a close-up of the feathers.
The title I cut from some Core'dinations Colorcore card stock and then added a sticker using foam squares for some added dimension.
I used a pocket from the same Simple Stories collection to add some journaling.
Thanks for stopping by.
I hope you'll pop by again tomorrow.

Just sharing ....
... a couple of layouts that I had published in Canadian Scrapbooker magazine Winter issue.
The layout below I created using Stampin' up brick (background) paper and then added pieces of Core'dinations TH Kraft Core along with some Stickers from Simple Stories.
Our challenge was to create a layout that is brick inspired. Well, when I found this photo of my son and the brick paper ... it just all came together.
Some close-up shots.
Thanks for stopping by!!

Our challenge was to create a layout that is brick inspired. Well, when I found this photo of my son and the brick paper ... it just all came together.
This next layout I used some awesome Simple Stories product again and Core'dinations card stock.
I cut a large strip of grey card stock and used an embossing folder (stars).
Our challenge for this layout was to create a layout with a Quote from Winnie the Pooh.
Some close-up shots.
Here's the quote that I used.

New Sketchy Challenge
Canadian Scrapbooker has a new sketch up for January for the Sketchy Challenge. Have you seen it? You can see it HERE on their website. It's a fabulous one!
Here's my take on the sketch.
I used pics from this past weekend when we got our 1st snowfall in a couple of years. The kids woke up & were so delighted that they could hardly wait to get outside and play in it.

As you can see I didn't have an "s" or a "w". So I took the number 8 and cut an 's' shape from it. Then I took two letter "v's" and put the together to make a "w".
It's not perfect but it does the job!

Supplies: Harmonie (patterned paper, peel off stickons), American Crafts Thickers, Paper Trunk (white alpha stickers), Core'dinations Colorcore cardstock, Colorbox Fluid chalk ink pad, white snowflake (Michaels), Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L
We'd love to see what you come up with using the sketch for inspiration.
Remember if you use one Canadian manufacturer on your layout you can have the chance to get your layout published in an upcoming issue! How fun is that?
Thanks for stopping by!
